  • After we do an initial cleaning at your home, we are able to give you an accurate quote for weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring cleaning. We don’t do contracts or prepayments, so if you need to stop the service for a while or cancel outright you’ll have no issues! 
  • Because we don’t do contracts or prepayments, our quote for your preferred frequency of service is based on the actual frequency of service. 
    • Say for example you decide to go with the biweekly service and each service comes out to $150 per cleaning. The accompanying monthly service might come out to about $200 per cleaning. For whatever reason, you may need to cancel one of your two bookings in a certain month outright without being able to reschedule. In that situation, our system would automatically move you to the monthly schedule and pricing. For that month with one cleaning, you will move to the monthly pricing of $200. 
    • While the price per cleaning may have increased, your overall monthly payment has decreased. We do this to control for the length of time that has elapsed since the last cleaning and simple economics. More frequent cleanings = bigger discounts on each cleaning! Then if you’d like to get back on the biweekly schedule, all it requires is an email, text, or call to the office! 
    • And of course, if you’d like to avoid any scheduling issues like getting back to your preferred time, it’s best to try and reschedule your cleaning for a time within a week of your established booking time. 

If there’s a certain cleaner you like working with, we will absolutely try to send that cleaner as often as possible. 

  • In the situation where the cleaner is unavailable for whatever reason, we will send another highly rated cleaner in their place.

NOTE: Every new contract from Lucy’s is open to negotiation prior to the job’s acceptance. We reserve the right to update pricing if we find a customer’s home to be drastically different from what was discussed prior to arrival. If we need to exercise this right, it will be discussed before the start of the clean. A price will never be changed half-way through your service. As previously stated each case is unique and adjustments are rare, but necessary for certain cases.
