You keep the same cleaner on a recurring schedule wherever we can manage it, because consistency is most of what makes a cleaning service worth keeping.

Recurring house cleaning

Weekly, biweekly or monthly maintenance cleaning. This is the bulk of what we do. Every visit covers the kitchen and bathrooms in full, dusting of reachable surfaces, floors vacuumed and mopped, beds made if you leave linens out, and general tidying of visible areas.

New recurring clients start on our hourly rate for the first visit or two so we can measure how long your home actually takes. After that we convert you to a flat per-visit rate set from that real clocked time. The result is a rate that fits your house rather than a square-footage formula that does not. Most recurring clients land between $150 and $250 per visit.

Deep cleaning

Everything in a standard clean, plus the detail work that gets skipped week to week: baseboards and chair rails, door frames, doors and handles, light switches, cabinet exteriors, the oven hood exterior, reachable light fixtures, and reachable window sills and frames.

Worth doing once or twice a year, before hosting, after a season of heavy use, or as a reset before starting a recurring schedule. Typically $350 to $465.

First clean

If your home has not been professionally cleaned in a while, the first visit takes meaningfully longer than the ones that follow. We price it accordingly rather than quoting you a maintenance rate and then running out of time. Typically $280 to $465 depending on size and condition. After the first clean, your ongoing rate drops substantially.

Move-in and move-out cleaning

For empty homes at the end or start of a lease or sale. Everything in a deep clean, plus the interiors that only make sense in an empty house: inside the oven, inside and behind the fridge, and inside cabinets, drawers and closets.

We do a steady amount of this for landlords and real estate investors on unit turns. If you have multiple units, tell us the count and we will work out a per-turn rate. Typically $310 to $610 depending on size.

How our pricing works

We charge $65 per hour and we tell you the estimated hours before anyone shows up. You also get a time ceiling. The cleaner works up to that ceiling and then stops and checks with you before any additional time is spent. You are never billed past the ceiling without approving it first.

We price this way because flat rates on one-time cleans are guesswork. A quote built on bedrooms and bathrooms alone does not know that your house is a 1920s row home with profiled trim and radiators. Hourly with a hard ceiling means you pay for the work actually done and you know the worst case up front.

What we do not do

We do not clean window glass. Our insurance does not cover it, so we decline it rather than quote it and hope. Reachable sills and frames are included in deep and move cleans. We do not move furniture heavier than about 25 pounds, we do not clean walls beyond spot-treating marks, and we do not take on post-construction or renovation dust as a standard clean. Construction dust is a genuinely different job that takes two to three times as long, so tell us up front if your place has had work done and we will price it properly.
