| Place three fresh towels neatly rolled and hung on the towel rack | |
| Restock toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and other necessary toiletries | |
| Wipe down sink /mirror area to remove any stains ensuring it is free of any marks or hairs | |
| Clean and sanitize toilet (inside and out) and close lid after cleaning | |
| Thoroughly clean shower/bath area removing any hairs or stains | |
| Quick swiffer on floor to remove moisture or marks | |
| Empty garbage and replace the bag |
Living Room
| Remove any crumbs or items from the coffee table and TV stand | |
| Vacuum carpet or quick swiffer (if not carpet) to eliminate crumbs or dust on floor | |
| Vacuum couch or accent chairs if they have crumbs or dust | |
| Leave a AirBnB or Rental manual on the most visible surface for easy access | |
| Wipe down surfaces that have stains or debris | |
| Arrange and tidy all pillows and throw blankets on the couches | |
| Place TV remote on TV stand | |
| Empty garbage and replace bag if applicable |
Dining Room
| Clear dining room table of any crumbs or stains | |
| Wipe down any tables to remove any residue or sticky stuff | |
| Vacuum the floors or swiffer to make sure no food or residue remains | |
| Arrange table mats (if present) neatly and tuck chairs underneath the table | |
| Restock any essential coffee supplies and wipe down/empty coffee machine for next guest (if applicable) |
Kitchen
| Ensure all plates and utensils are clean and correctly stored inside the cabinets | |
| Wipe down all countertops and stove/microwave to remove food or stain residue | |
| Restock paper towels and soap | |
| Organize pots neatly inside the cabinets and avoid leaving any outside to prevent dust accumulation | |
| Neatly arrange kitchen towels | |
| Vacuum/swiffer kitchen floor | |
| Empty garbage and replace bag |
Misc: If there are outside areas associated with the property (fire pit, lounge chairs, hot tub/pool), collect trash and wipe down any dusty area. Take all garbage and place it in designated bins outside
