Standard Clean – Every Recurring Visit
- All accessible surfaces dusted and wiped (customers should clear personal items from surfaces before we arrive)
- Reachable blinds (dry dust)
- Vacuuming and mopping throughout
- Trash removal
- Light tidying
- Kitchen: countertops, stovetop exterior, sink, appliance exteriors, microwave interior
- Bathrooms: toilet, sink, tub/shower surfaces, mirrors, floors
First Clean and Restoration Cleans – Additional Items
Your first visit goes deeper. In addition to everything in the standard clean, we also cover:
- Baseboards and chair rails
- Doors, door frames, and door handles
- Light switches
- Outside of cabinets
- Oven hood exterior
- Reachable light fixtures
- Reachable window sills and window frames
Move-In/Move-Out Clean – For Empty Homes Only
Move-in/move-out cleans are for vacant homes. In addition to everything in the standard and first clean, we also include:
- Inside oven
- Inside refrigerator
- Inside all cabinets
- Wet wipe blinds (full wipe-down, not dry dust)
These are built into the move-in/move-out service – no add-on charges apply.
Never Included
- Exterior windows or interior window glass
- Interior walls or ceilings
- Garages, attics, or outdoor spaces
- Moving or lifting furniture or items over 25 lbs
- Organizing or decluttering
- Excessive mold
- Human or animal waste, blood, or bodily fluids
- Repairs or maintenance of any kind

Common questions about what is included
Do you clean inside the refrigerator?
It is built into every move-in and move-out clean at no extra charge. On a standard, first or deep clean you can add it, and we will quote the extra time up front. It is one of the more time-consuming add-ons, so it is worth deciding before we arrive rather than on the day.
Do you clean inside the oven?
Same as the fridge. Included in move cleans, available as an add-on otherwise. If your oven has heavy baked-on buildup, tell us when you book so we budget enough time for it.
Do you clean inside cabinets and drawers?
Included in move-in and move-out cleans, because those homes are empty. On an occupied home it is an add-on, and we can only clean what is actually cleared out. We do not empty cabinets or handle your belongings.
Do you clean windows?
No, and not at any price. Our insurance does not cover window glass, interior or exterior, so we do not offer it. We do clean reachable window sills and frames as part of a first, deep or move clean. If windows are what you need, we will tell you honestly that we are not the right call.
Do you clean walls?
No. Walls are outside our scope and are usually a painting job rather than a cleaning one, particularly with flat or dark paint that marks when wiped. We will spot-treat an obvious mark on a washable surface, but we will not attempt a full wall.
Do you do laundry?
Yes, as an add-on. Tell us when you book and we will budget the time. We do not sort, fold or put away personal items unless you have arranged that specifically.
Do I need to tidy before you arrive?
Not tidy, but please clear personal items off the surfaces you want cleaned. Cleaners clean around objects rather than moving your belongings, so a cleared counter gets a much better result than a covered one. If a home has a lot to work around, it takes longer, and our quote accounts for that.
Will you move furniture to clean under it?
We clean under and behind anything we can safely move, but we do not lift or shift items over about 25 pounds. It is a safety and liability line, not a willingness one.
