Our cleaners live in the area, which matters more here than it does anywhere else we work – a lot of these homes are down long private drives in communities that a cleaner from outside the region simply will not take.

Second homes and vacation properties
Most of the Pocono work we do is not a weekly house clean. It is a home that sits empty for stretches and needs to be right when someone arrives. That comes with its own problems: dust that settles over weeks rather than days, musty air in closed-up rooms, ladybugs and stink bugs along sills, mouse evidence in pantries, and fridges that were emptied in a hurry last season.
Tell us when you are arriving and we will schedule the clean close to that date rather than whenever is convenient, so the house is actually fresh when you walk in. If you keep a lockbox or a code, we can work without you being there – most of our vacation-home clients never meet their cleaner.
Transparent hourly pricing
We charge $65 per hour, and you get the estimated hours and a hard time ceiling before anyone starts. The cleaner works to the ceiling and then stops and checks with you before going over. On vacation homes this matters, because a house nobody has been in for four months is genuinely hard to estimate from a form.
- Opening or first clean – typically $345 to $610 depending on size, condition and how long the house has been closed up
- Arrival or departure cleans – typically $200 to $400
- Recurring upkeep while you are away – typically $180 to $260 per visit, monthly or seasonally
If your budget is firm, tell us the number. We will have the cleaner work the most important rooms first up to that limit rather than spreading the time thin across the whole house.
Add-ons worth considering on a seasonal open-up
Inside the fridge and inside the oven are the two that matter most after a house has sat. Inside cabinets and drawers is worth it if the home was closed for a full season. These are priced as additional time, not as flat upcharges.
What we do not do
We do not clean window glass – our insurance does not cover it. Reachable sills and frames are included in a deep clean. We do not do post-construction or renovation dust as a standard clean; that is a separate, much longer job, so tell us up front if your place has had work done and we will price it properly rather than send someone into a job they cannot finish.
