- Recurring maintenance – typically $150 to $250 per visit, biweekly or monthly, set from the actual clocked time of your first clean

New recurring clients start hourly for the first visit or two so we can measure how long your home actually takes, then we convert you to a flat per-visit rate based on that real number. That way the rate fits your house instead of a generic square-footage formula.
Student rentals and off-campus turnovers
We do a steady amount of work around Lehigh University – end-of-lease cleans, turnovers between tenants, and one-off cleans before graduation weekends and family visits. If you are a landlord with units in the South Side, tell us the unit count and we will work out a per-turn rate.
What we do not do
We do not clean window glass. Our insurance does not cover it, so we decline it rather than quote it and hope. We will clean reachable sills and frames as part of a deep clean. We also do not move furniture heavier than about 25 pounds, and we do not clean walls beyond spot-treating marks.
